Ingredients for the recipe:
- 700 gr. boiled beets, peeled and finely chopped
- 3 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/3 Art. olive oil
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 6 pcs thinly sliced radish
- 3 feathers of green onion, finely chopped
- Green leaf lettuce
- 3 tbsp. l finely chopped parsley

Recipe preparation:
- Place the chopped beets in a large bowl. In a small bowl mix vinegar, mustard and caraway seeds. Slowly add oil and keep whipping. Season with salt and pepper. Pour dressing on beets, leaving 3 tbsp. l in a small bowl. Add radishes and onions to the remaining dressing in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a dish and lay the beets on top. Sprinkle beets with radishes and green onions. Garnish the salad with parsley. This Salad can be varied with various ingredients.
