Blueberry sauce

Simple and delicious blueberry sauce can be cooked in almost 15 minutes from the minimum amount of ingredients. Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large pan with a thick bottom, mix blueberries and vanilla sugar. Add 1 tbsp. water and lemon juice and over high heat, stirring occasionally, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook 15 minutes, or until the mixture begins to thicken.
  2. Remove from the stove and strain through a fine sieve. Cool to room temperature, cover and place in refrigerator. Exit: 1 tbsp.
