  • milk (2.5%) – 250 ml;
  • sugar – 1 tablespoon;
  • vanilla sugar – 2 pinches;
  • blueberries – 2 handfuls;
  • egg yolks – 2 pcs;
  • potato starch – 2 teaspoons.

Cooking method

Separate the whites from the yolks, and put the first ones aside, because they are still useful to us. Milk is cast a little to dilute starch, the rest is placed on a small fire. Into him sugar and vanilla are added to taste. After that, in a bowl with yolks add measured starch and molten milk. Everything thoroughly mixed.

The milk on the stove must not be brought to a boil. Keep track of it carefully. Add the starch mixture to warmed milk and not remove from heat, constantly stirring with a whisk. As soon as the mass thickens enough, it is immediately poured into prepared servings (small forms or bowls) and wait until it cools down.

While the mixture cools, wash and lightly dry the blueberries, which you need to sprinkle every dessert portion. Blueberries varies depending on the passion for this berry and its sweets.

Delicious serving options

After cooking, we have left ownerless products, which can be put into action and prepare a delicious addition to dessert.

The main ingredients:

  • egg whites – 2 pcs;
  • cheese to taste;
  • white bread – 6 slices;
  • vegetable oil – 4 tablespoons.

Mix proteins with grated cheese until a very thick mass is obtained. which we then spread on a piece of bread. On well warmed up in a pan, quickly turn the bread with the cheese mass down. After it is roasted until golden brown, turn over to the other side. The perfect cheese nourishing addition to light and the tender dessert is ready!
