Blueberry Cabbage Salad

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 head of savoy cabbage
  • 1/2 onion heads
  • 1 carrot, cut into thin strips or grate
  • 550 ml. blueberries (approximately 2 tbsp.)
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. l honey
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. l fried cumin seeds
  • Coarse salt

Recipe preparation:
