Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the flour for the cakes, the higher flour varieties and baking powder of dough. In another large bowl with mix the butter and sugar until light lush mass. Beat the eggs one at a time. Then mix the milk and vanilla.
  3. Add the dry ingredients gradually and knead the dough. On baking sheet covered with parchment, spoon out the dough, making 5 cm distance between the circles. Bake for about 25 minutes, until the edges of the cookie begin to darken.
  4. In the meantime, cook the icing. Into a large bowl in icing sugar, pouring, pour 1 tbsp. l boiling water. Add such an amount of water that the mixture is thick, but pasty. Transfer half the glaze to another bowl and mix melted chocolate.
  5. When the cookie is ready, let it cool completely. One spread on the half of the flat side (on which the cookies were baked) with white icing and the other half with chocolate. Wait until the cookies will dry and the icing will harden completely.
