Difficulty: easy Servings: 16 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. beer
  • 2 sachets of granular gelatin without flavoring (approx. 4.5 tsp)
  • 1/4 Art. granulated sugar
  • 1/3 Art. fat cream
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp. l tequila
  • 1 tsp grated lime zest, plus 16 small lime slices, for side dish
  • Special equipment: 16 shot glasses

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour 1/2 tbsp. beer in a medium bowl. Pour gelatin and give dissolve it, about 1 minute. In a small saucepan, mix granulated sugar and the remaining 1.5 tbsp. beer. Heat on low heat until sugar dissolves but bring to a boil. Pour dissolved gelatin and mix. Strain the mixture into a measuring cup and pour into 16 glasses. Cool to readiness, about 2 hours.
  2. When you are ready to serve a cocktail, in the middle bowl whip cream and icing sugar with an electric mixer. Add tequila and lime zest, mix. Put on a spoon whipped cream on jelly to make it look like beer foam. Decorate cocktails with lime slices.
