Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1.4 kg oxtail
- 1 bottle (350 ml.) Of beer
- 1.5 tbsp. calf or beef broth
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. diced onions
- 1/2 tbsp. coarsely chopped carrots
- 1/2 tbsp. diced celery
- 1/4 Art. chopped in small cubes leek
- 1 tbsp. l chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp. l chopped green onions (white parts only)
- 2 tsp chopped ginger
- 2 tbsp. l tomato paste
- 2.5 tbsp. l wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley leaves

Recipe preparation:
- Pour into the pan (or any pressure cooker or roasting pan) olive oil and heat over medium heat. Salt and pepper oxtails. Put half the tails in the pan and sauté until they will not brown on both sides, for about 3-4 minutes. with each side. Put the fried meat in a dish and repeat the same actions with the remaining tails.
- When the oxtails are browned, put the onion in the pan onions, carrots and celery. Sauté the vegetables until soft, about 3-4 min Add leek, garlic, chives and ginger and sauté in for a minute, stirring often. Put tomato paste and well mix. Sprinkle the vegetables with flour and mix. Cook stirring for 3 minutes Pour in beer and increase heat to moderate strong. Bring the beer to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the broth and allspice, put the tails back in the pan. Bring the contents of the pan to a boil and simmer the bull tails until soft, about an hour in a pressure cooker or 2 hours in a roasting pan. Remove the lid and add chopped parsley to the pan. Serve right away.
