- 1 tbsp. sliced carrots
- 1 pack (225 gr.) Chopped champignons
- 3 tbsp. diced potatoes
- 1 can (410 gr.) Of tomato slices
- 1 tsp coarse salt, plus a little more
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 pack (40 gr.) Seasonings Knorr
- 1 tsp ground black pepper, plus some more
- 1 sliced and peeled stalk of leek (only white part)

Recipe preparation:
- Combine meat, salt, pepper and flour in a large bowl. Shuffle so that the meat is completely covered with flour and spices. in a skillet over high heat, heat canola oil. Add beef and fry on all sides until golden brown and caramelizing. Put on a plate.
- In a slow cooker of 4 liters. mix fried beef with carrots, mushrooms, potatoes and tomatoes. In a medium-sized bowl mix grated chocolate, garlic, knorr seasoning, beef broth and Red wine. Pour this mixture into a slow cooker and sprinkle on top leek. Close the lid and cook at maximum 4-6 h. Add salt and pepper. Serve hot.
