Beef Paprikash in a slow cooker

  • 2 tbsp. l premium wheat flour
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp. beef broth without salt
  • 2 tbsp. l sweet paprika
  • 2 tbsp. l tomato paste
  • 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/4 Art. freshly chopped dill and / or parsley
  • Boiled pasta or potatoes, for garnish

Recipe preparation:
