- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/4 Art. light raisins
- 1/4 Art. freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
- 2 tbsp. l brown sugar
- Pinch of grated nutmeg
- 1/4 Art. roma

Recipe preparation:
- Put the raisins in the orange juice until it swells. In it peel the bananas and cut them in half along. In big in a frying pan, heat the butter and put the bananas round side down. Fry the bananas for 2-3 minutes. on each side neatly turning them over with a spatula so that they do not fall apart.
- Mix brown sugar and nutmeg with raisins and juice, and pour bananas with this mixture. Before serving, remove the bananas from frying pans, keeping juice, and put them on a hot plate. Bring the remaining juice to a boil, add rum and set it on fire by pouring this mixture of bananas. Alcohol will burn out, leaving on fried bananas rum flavor.
