Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 Art. light raisins
  • 1/4 Art. freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
  • 2 tbsp. l brown sugar
  • Pinch of grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 Art. roma

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the raisins in the orange juice until it swells. In it peel the bananas and cut them in half along. In big in a frying pan, heat the butter and put the bananas round side down. Fry the bananas for 2-3 minutes. on each side neatly turning them over with a spatula so that they do not fall apart.
  2. Mix brown sugar and nutmeg with raisins and juice, and pour bananas with this mixture. Before serving, remove the bananas from frying pans, keeping juice, and put them on a hot plate. Bring the remaining juice to a boil, add rum and set it on fire by pouring this mixture of bananas. Alcohol will burn out, leaving on fried bananas rum flavor.
