  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp fine salt
  • 110 gr. softened butter
  • 1/2 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 Art. sour cream
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
  • 3/4 Art. chopped walnuts

Black molasses icing

  • 110 gr. softened cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Softened butter
  • 2 tbsp. l molasses (molasses)
  • 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp. l whole milk

Recipe preparation:

  1. For cupcakes:

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Put paper capsules in standard form for 12-cell muffins.

  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Set aside.

Remove the cupcakes from the oven to the wire rack and allow to cool before glazing.
  5. For glaze:

    In a large bowl, place cream cheese and butter. Whisk before connecting. Add black molasses and mix well. Stir in powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.

  6. For assembly and decoration:

    Cover the cupcakes generously with icing and decorate with the remaining 1/4 tbsp. walnuts.
