Banana and Muffin Pudding

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 large banana muffins with nuts, sliced into pieces 2 cm
  • 2 bananas, sliced in 0.5 cm slices.
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/4 Art. corn starch
  • 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Unsalted butter

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cook custard: on average stewpan on medium heat bring the milk to a boil. In a large bowl, whisk yolks, corn starch, sugar and salt. Gradually pour hot milk into the egg mixture, stir constantly. Pour mixture back in a saucepan and cook, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes, until the mixture does not thicken and begins to bubble. Strain through a shallow sieve, rubbing the cream with a rubber spatula. Add butter and vanilla extract, knead until smooth.
  2. Set aside 1 or 2 slices of muffin. They will be needed to crumble them on top. Take 6 broad shapes or souffle shape volume of 2 liters. Lay out a layer of pieces of cake, a layer of bananas and custard. Sprinkle crumbs of cake on top. Cover and clean in refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
