Baleada is a traditional Honduran snack that remotely reminds mexican tacos or quesadilla. Main ingredients balead – wheat tortilla and refried beans, which like the paste is spread on a flat cake. And on top of the appetizer is complemented by taste with other ingredients, but most often among them sour cream, grated cheese, sliced avocado, scrambled eggs and chorizo sausages. Recipe preparation:
- Fry the tortillas in a pan for 30 seconds each side.
- Put the tortilla on a plate. Spread overcooked beans.
