Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the butter, 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. l curry powder and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  2. Put all the fruits in a baking dish and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Spray fruit with oil and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour – 1 hour 30 min., Constantly adding oil mixture.
