Baked dough apples

Baked apples in pastry – an example of delicious pastries that melt in the mouth and in the eyes. Cooking does not require much effort, but already during the process itself, the room will be filled with an incredible smell. This dessert goes well with vanilla ice cream. Modifications dishes, thanks to which it may seem to someone even more tasty: add a pinch of ground nutmeg, instead of 1.5 tbsp. take 1 tbsp. sugar (regular and brown in the ratio 1:1). Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 apples
  • 250 gr butter, optionally for lubrication forms
  • 450 gr (2 layers) frozen puff pastry
  • 1.5 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250 ml sweet citrus flavored sparkling water, e.g. Mountain Dew
  • Sprinkled cinnamon

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease a baking dish 23 cm by 33 cm in size. with butter.
  2. Peel the apples and remove the core from them, then cut each into 8 slices. Wrap each piece in triangle of puff pastry. Then shift to prepared baking dish.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add sugar and stir slightly. Add vanilla extract, again a little mix, then cover the apples with the mixture. Pour citrus flavored soda along the edges of the mold. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake until golden brown and crisp (approximately 40 minutes).
  4. Serve by pouring a little sweet sauce on top baking. Recipe for apples in puff pastry.
