For ice cream:
- 3 yolks of large eggs
- 1/4 Art. Sahara
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. whole milk
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. fat cream
For bacon roasting:
- 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Unsalted butter, as well as optional for baking sheet
- 3 slices of smoked bacon
- 1 tbsp. Sahara
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp chili powder or a pinch of cayenne pepper (recipe seasonings see here)

Recipe preparation:
- Make ice cream: beat egg yolks, sugar and salt in a bowl until pale yellow. Pour into a pan and mix with milk. Cook at medium temperature, stirring and not bringing to a boil (the mixture should be thick enough and should hold on a spoon). Stir in maple syrup. Put the mixture in bowl and refrigerate for 30 min.
- Cook the bacon roast: grease a baking sheet butter. Saute the bacon in a medium skillet size at medium temperature until crisp, approximately 5 minutes from each side; shift to paper towel. Allow the bacon to cool, then chop finely.
- Pour sugar into a saucepan and heat at medium to high temperature, constantly stirring until sugar melts and does not get a golden color, about 4 minutes (If lumps form, remove from plate and mix.) Return pan on the stove and continue cooking, stirring, until light amber, approximately 2 more minutes. Remove from stove and mix butter immediately. Gently mix food soda, then chili powder and bacon. Pour onto prepared baking sheet and cool until hardened, approximately 15 min. - Stir the cream in a chilled custard. Cool the mixture in ice cream maker. Add the bacon to the roasting pan. Put ice cream in sealed containers and freeze until hardened, at least 2 hours
