Azu with pickles

  • 2-3 pickles
  • 1/2 tbsp. cucumber pickle
  • 1 tbsp. l tomato paste
  • Dill and parsley
  • Salt pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Rinse the meat under running water, pat dry with a cloth or towel, cut into small pieces, transfer to a bowl slow cookers and fry for 20 minutes by setting the “Baking” mode.
  2. After that add chopped pickles, mix and hold the same mode for another 10-15 minutes. Pour in the sauce from cucumber pickle and tomato paste, pour chopped dill greens and parsley, lightly salt, pepper, select “Stew” and set the timer for 1 hour. Serve the finished basics on a table with a vegetable or cereal side dish.
