- 1 lime juice
- 1 tbsp. l honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Freshly ground pepper
- 3 tbsp. l olive oil
- Chopped Roasted Hazelnuts

Recipe preparation:
- Pour red onion with cold water and leave for 10 minutes. Mix in a separate bowl, orange and lime juice, honey, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
