  • 2 oranges, peel and film
  • 1/4 red onion heads, cut into thin slices
  • 1/4 Art. orange juice
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. l honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp. l olive oil
  • Chopped Roasted Hazelnuts

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour red onion with cold water and leave for 10 minutes. Mix in a separate bowl, orange and lime juice, honey, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Remove the onion from the water and transfer to a salad bowl. Add watercress, avocado, oranges, salad dressing and mix. Sprinkle salad with hazelnuts.
