Avocado salad lovers offer another recipe for delicious avocado salad with salmon tataki which you can easily cook at home according to my recipe. I advise you to do this original meal on a festive table or dinner with friends or a second half!

- Prepare a salad dressing. Rubbed on a fine grater ginger, using a sieve, squeeze all the juice and mix with the rest ingredients.
- Peel and remove the avocado, cut the flesh into cubes 2 cm in size, mix with the resulting dressing.
- Peel the cucumbers, cut into two halves. With a spoon remove most of the seeds. Cut the pulp into slices 1 thick see, salt and add the avocado. Then add algae.
- We cut the salmon fillet into rectangular slices with a width of approximately 5 cm. Salt, pepper and grease with vegetable oil.
- Heat the frying pan and fry fish slices on it without add oil, fry on each side for about 20 seconds.
- Cut the finished fish across into slices 1 cm thick.
- Put the salad on a plate with a slide, for each little leaf put salmon slices, sprinkle with dressing, sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
