Its uniqueness lies in harmonious combination of a salty, dense base made from salted crackers, creamy, sour-tart filling with juice citrus fruits, plus mountains of whipped cream. The foundation
- Salted crackers – 300 grams
- Butter (softened) – 8 to 10 tablespoons (130 gr.)

- Condensed milk with sugar – 400 grams
- Egg yolks – 4 pieces
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice – 1/2 cup
- Whipped cream – 1 cup
- Powdered Sugar – 2 Tbsp

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Finely crush crackers (not dust) into a medium-sized bowl. Add sugar and butter, knead until the cracker mixture stick together like dough. Now we need to lay out our bottom with this mixture baking dish with a diameter of 20 cm. Cool for 15 minutes, then bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until a pleasant golden shade. Remove from the oven and refrigerate.
