  1. We wash buckwheat and cook until tender.
  2. Cut the onion in half rings, carrots – in strips. Ginger and garlic chopped. Cut chili peppers into rings. Wok or big pour olive oil into a pan, pour onions, carrots, mix and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add ginger, garlic, chili pepper, pour in soy sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour the bean sprouts, green onions into the wok, mix and cook another 1 minute.
  5. Add the finished buckwheat to the vegetables, warm up a little and mix thoroughly.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped herbs, sesame seeds and leave for a few minutes with the lid closed. Enjoy your meal!
