Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 tbsp. pulp of watermelon, peeled and finely chopped chopped
- 3 tbsp. l mixture of nuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 Art. peanut or vegetable oil
- 2 small shallots (1 thinly sliced, 1 finely chopped)
- Coarse salt
- 3 lime juice
- 1 tbsp. l fish sauce
- 1 tbsp. l soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 piece of ginger 5 cm in size, peeled and finely sliced
- 1 red jalapenos, thinly sliced
- 1/3 Art. chopped green cilantro
- 1/3 Art. chopped green basil
- 1/3 Art. chopped mint

Recipe preparation:
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat peanut butter to a temperature of 175 degrees. Add onion slices shallot and cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes until golden colors. Take out with a slotted spoon and pat dry on paper towels, salt it.
