Bright, juicy and delicious Asian salad of spaghetti and vegetables gets ready in minutes. Boil thin spaghetti and mix them with chopped vegetables, in this form they are more convenient to eat Chinese chopsticks, and just long strips of vegetables look quite harmoniously and appetizingly with noodles. Pour salad aromatic Asian dressing from soy and oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sesame and olive oil with the addition of sugar, spiced garlic and ginger. Such a dressing will give the salad neither the incomparable sweet and sour and piquant taste of an Asian dish, especially if the salad stands a little and the spaghetti absorbs вкусные соки. Salad
- 240 gr. thin spaghetti
- 240 gr. carrots, julienne (about 1.5 tbsp.)
- 180 gr. peppers, peeled and chopped thin rings (about 1 tbsp.)
- 120 gr. bean sprouts (about 1 tbsp.)
- 3 cucumbers, cut in half, peeled and chopped straws
- 3 chopped green onions
- A bunch of cilantro chopped
- Half a head of Chinese cabbage, chopped
- Half a head of red cabbage, chopped
- Half a bunch of kale kale, leaves are torn off stalks and chop
- 2 tbsp. chopped peanuts
Gas station
- 0.5 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/3 Art. low salt soy sauce
- 1/4 Art. oyster sauce
- 1/4 Art. rice vinegar
- 1/4 Art. brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. l chopped ginger
- 2 tbsp. l sesame oil
- 2 – 3 cloves of garlic, chopped

Recipe preparation:
- Salad: Boil water in a saucepan. Boil spaghetti al Dent according to the recommendations on the packaging. Then flip in a colander, rinse and cool.
- Mix together spaghetti, carrots, peppers, bean sprouts, cucumber, onion, cilantro, Peking, red and curly cabbage. Add peanuts and mix.
- Dressing: In a medium-sized bowl, mix with a whisk. olive oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, sesame oil and garlic.
- Pour salad dressing and mix with forceps or hands. If a the salad seems a little dry, prepare some more dressing and pour vegetables.
- Transfer the salad into a large dish and serve.
