Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1.4 kg large apricots
- 2 tbsp. dry red wine
- 1 tbsp. Port Ruby
- 1/4 Art. Sahara
- 1/4 Art. honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tbsp. toasted almonds with cubes
- 0.5 l vanilla ice cream to serve

Recipe preparation:
