Recipe preparation:
- Put the cubes of oil on a plate and put in the freezer for 15 minutes. Fill a glass with ice and water and set aside for a while. Gently hang the dough on a rolling pin and transfer it to the corrugated tart form (ideally with a removable bottom) with a diameter of 22 – 24 cm. Press the dough firmly into the mold and fit the edges as far as it perhaps cut off the excess. Put the pan on the baking sheet and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Peel the apples and core, cut into quarters and cut into thin slices in a large bowl. Add lemon juice, cinnamon, 1 tbsp. l sugar and 1/8 tsp salt. Mix everything.
