Recipe preparation:

  1. Place the baking sheet in the oven and heat it to 205 ° C. Spread one piece of dough on the bottom, including the sides, fireproof forms with a diameter of 23 cm, so that the dough hangs slightly from the edges, and put in the refrigerator before assembling the cake.
  2. Prepare cinnamon rolls: lay out the rest the dough on a lightly floured surface and grease evenly butter. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon in in a small bowl, sprinkle the dough with the resulting mixture, gently squeezing fingers to the surface. Roll the dough and cut the uneven the edges.   4. Remove the dough pan and place the apples in an even layer. Gently transfer the rolled rolls to the apple filling, separate from the parchment (it’s okay if you take off the paper rolls will become slightly separated from each other). Pinch the ends dough and grease the cake with a beaten egg.
