Recipe preparation:
- Peel the apples, remove the cores and chop slices. Put all the ingredients in the multicooker bowl and mix. Close the lid and cook with mild heat in overnight, about 8-10 hours.
- Open the lid, mix and try. If necessary add more spices or sugar. Keep cooking yet for several hours, without opening the lid until the liquid has settled, and applesauce fully cooked. Decompose into sterilized half liter cans and refrigerate.
- Serve apple jam on hot buns, toasts, cookies or just eat it out of the jar if no one is watching!
