  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 3 tbsp. l granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg
  • A pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp. l cold butter sliced into small pieces
  • 0.5 tbsp. yogurt
  • Turbinado Sugar, for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:
