Apple Cider with Spiced Butter

  • 3 tbsp. apple cider (apple wine)
  • 1 tbsp. bourbon

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix the butter with brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Put the mixture in a plastic bag and roll into a roll with a diameter of 2.5 cm; freeze for 1 hour.
