- 120 gr. butter, room temperature
- 1/4 Art. light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 3 tbsp. apple cider (apple wine)
- 1 tbsp. bourbon

Recipe preparation:
- Mix the butter with brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Put the mixture in a plastic bag and roll into a roll with a diameter of 2.5 cm; freeze for 1 hour.
- Pour apple cider into the slow cooker; close and heat when strong temperature for 1 hour. Pour bourbon into six glasses. Then add hot cider and put a slice on top spiced butter.
