- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice (2 oranges)
- 3/4 Art. good apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 tsp whole mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp hot red pepper flakes
- 1.5 tsp coarse salt
- 3/4 Art. raisins

Recipe preparation:
- Combine apples, onions, ginger, orange in a large stewpan juice, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard seeds, and pepper flakes salt. Bring the mixture to a boil over moderate heat, stirring occasionally.
