Apple Chutney – A Complete Cooking Recipe. друзьями: Photo Apple Chutney Time: 1 hour. 15 min The recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 dining room spoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 6 green Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 tbsp. chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice (2 oranges)
  • 3/4 Art. good apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp whole mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp hot red pepper flakes
  • 1.5 tsp coarse salt
  • 3/4 Art. raisins

Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine apples, onions, ginger, orange in a large stewpan juice, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard seeds, and pepper flakes salt. Bring the mixture to a boil over moderate heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Reduce heat and continue cooking at low boil, stirring occasionally, from 50 minutes to 1 hour, until most liquid will not evaporate. Remove from heat and add raisins. apple chutney and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Exit: 3 Art.
