American Pancakes

Aerial American Pancakes are a cross between the usual pancakes and pancakes. However they differ quite original taste. Spectacular stack of hot pancakes, upstairs which melts a piece of butter, and golden flowing down syrup is definitely not something that makes you think for a long time before how to eat. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1.5 tbsp. flour
  • 3 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. l baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • 1.25 Art. milk at room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) Butter for dough and more optionally as needed

Recipes with similar ingredients: flour, sugar, nutmeg, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, butter

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add to them, quickly stirring with a whisk, milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Melt the butter over medium heat in a large cast-iron skillet. or on a griddle.
  4. Whisk, pour the butter into the milk mixture. Add to dry liquid ingredients. Beat until thick. consistency, but not longer.
  5. Pour about 1/4 into a skillet over medium heat. Art. test for 2 or 3 pancakes, making sure that they are evenly spaced from each other. Fry until surface bubbles will appear and the bottom will not turn golden brown (about 2 minutes). Then turn over with a spatula and cook for about 1 minute from the second side. Serve immediately or place on a plate and cover with foil so that the pancakes do not cool so quickly. Do the same with the remaining test, adding to pan the butter as needed.
  6. Pancakes with a bake: after on the surface bubbles appear, sprinkle the pancakes with slices or cubes of fruit, pieces of chocolate, nuts, etc. Turn over with a spatula and fry another 1 minute, trying to prevent burning.
