This is an interesting way to use yesterday’s meat, cooking the next day brand new dish. Potato and meat hash is often served for a hearty breakfast, but it can also be eaten as a main course for lunch. Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 450 gr small potato with red skin, cut into 4 parts
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 pod of jalapenos peeled and finely chopped chopped
- 360 gr. chopped beef brisket brisket brisket in a slow cooker
- 1 tbsp. Beef brisket sauce brisket brisket in a slow cooker
- 1 small bunch of chard, cut the stems, leaves chop
- 60 gr thinly sliced cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 avocado, sliced

Recipe preparation:
- In a large cast-iron frying pan over medium heat, heat 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Add potatoes and fry, do not stirring until it starts to brown, about 5 minutes. Stir and continue to fry until golden until approximately 3 minutes. Add red onion and jalapenos, salt and fry, stirring for 3 minutes. Stir in the brisket and cook until it is warms up. Add 3/4 tbsp. brisket sauce and cook, stirring until it is completely absorbed, about 3 minutes.
- Add the chard and stir until it withers for about 2 minutes. Salt and spread slices of cheese on top. Cook until cheese starts to melt, about 1 more minute.
- Meanwhile, in a large frying pan with non-stick coating on moderate heat, heat the remaining 1 tbsp. l vegetable oils. Break eggs into a pan and salt. Fry until squirrels freeze for about 3 minutes.
- Arrange the potatoes in plates, lay on top of the scrambled eggs. Preheat the remaining 1/4 tbsp. brisket sauce in an empty pan. Sprinkle them with potatoes. Serve with avocado.
