Recipe preparation:
- In a large gravy boat, bring to a boil milk with a pinch of sugar (so the milk will not burn at the bottom of the pan).
- In a mixing bowl, put the egg yolks, banana extract, bourbon and 2 tbsp. Sahara. Add corn starch and mix well. - Cut the bananas into circles and add them to the custard.
- Put in a small deep rectangular dish or in a mold for a pie with a diameter of 25 cm. vanilla cookies. Drizzle with banana liquor, then cover with a banana custard. Put on top whip cream and refrigerate before serving.
