White chocolate mousse with hazelnuts and blackberry

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 tbsp. fresh blackberry

  • 1.5 tbsp. heavily chilled fat cream
  • 90 gr. white chocolate melt
  • 1/4 Art. hazelnuts, roasted and chopped
  • Mint leaves for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place the berries in a large bowl. Add 1/4 tbsp. sugar and 2 Art. l blackcurrant liquor, mix well and give stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Take away half the berries and mash with a fork in mashed potatoes. Strain the mixture in a bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, whip the cream, 3 tbsp. l sugar and 2 Art. l currant liquor to steady peaks. Pour in white chocolate and add strained mashed potatoes, put in the refrigerator for 1 час.
  3. Lay in a glass of berry cream mousse and whole liquor-soaked berries. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and garnish with a mint leaf.
