Watermelon with Fried Halumi Cheese

  • 120 ml. + 1 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. l fried chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped mint
  • 4 slices of watermelon (30 g each)
  • 4 slices of halumi (30 g each)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put shallots and garlic in a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Add vinegar, honey and whisk with a whisk. Slowly add 120 ml. olive oil. Add almonds and mint. Pour the watermelon and leave marinate for 1 hour. Heat the pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp. l olive oil. Fry Halumi for 1 minute with each side.
