- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tbsp. chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Cook the pork ribs: in a blender, grind in mashed potatoes olive oil, garlic and sage. Season with salt and pepper.
