Recipe preparation:
- In the bowl of the stationary mixer, installing the whisk nozzle, mix powdered sugar and butter. Mix well on low speed, then increase the speed to medium and whisk another 3 minutes
- Add vanilla extract and cream and continue whisking on average speed for another 1 min., adding cream if necessary, so that the cream is not too dense and well smeared.
