Valentine’s Day Chocolate Truffles – A Detailed recipe cooking. Time: 30 мин.Difficulty: easy. Quantity: 25 truffles. Recipes used. volumetric containers: one cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/3 Art. honey
- 1/2 tbsp. (115 gr.) Semisweet chocolate, chop
- 1/2 tbsp. (115 gr.) Dark chocolate, chop
- 110 gr. butter, cut into small pieces
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. l dark rum
- 1 tbsp. chocolate straws
- 3/4 tsp sea salt

Recipe preparation:
- In a small frying pan, make honey caramel: heat honey until it turns light brown shade and will not have a caramel smell. Remove from heat and keep warm.
- In a medium bowl, melt the chocolate in a water bath: combine chocolate and butter. Place a bowl over the pan with boiling water, and, stirring often, melt the chocolate. Take off chocolate from a plate and beat caramelized honey, rum and sugar powder. Transfer the chocolate to a chilled metal bowl, and let stand for 5 minutes
- Prepare the sprinkle: sprinkle chocolate on a platter straw mixed with salt. Separate a small lump with your fingers of the total chocolate mixture. And start rolling the balls first in hands, and then roll in a dusting. You should succeed sweets about 3 cm in size.
- Place chocolate truffles on a baking sheet parchment paper. Put in the refrigerator to cool.
