- 1/2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
For the top layer:
- 1.5 tbsp. flour
- 3/4 Art. granulated sugar
- 3/4 Art. light brown sugar (tamp)
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt
- 1 tbsp. oatmeal
- 230 g chilled unsalted butter, chopped cubes

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Butter oval baking dish 23x35x5 cm.
- Peel apples, core and chop large slices. Mix apples with zest, juice, sugar and spices. Put in the form.
- For the top layer in the bowl of the electric mixer with Guitar head mix flour, two kinds of sugar, salt, oatmeal cereal and chilled butter. Stir at low speed: mix begins to crumble, and the oil begins to form lumps. Evenly spread over apples.
- Place crisp on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, until the top will not brown, and the apples will not begin to foam. Serve the dish warm. You can add walnuts to the apple pie.
