Recipe preparation:
- For the test. In a large bowl, whisk the milk with a whisk, eggs, 2 tbsp. l melted butter and vanilla. In another containers mix flour, sugar and salt. Add dry ingredients to milk mass, mixing with a whisk to remove possible lumps. Let the dough stand for several minutes while you prepare the filling. (The dough can be covered and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, but it, may need to be diluted a little.)
- For filling. Mix 1 tbsp. cherry topping for pie and cream cheese cream. Cover and refrigerate until time filing. Put the remaining cherry filling in a serving bowl. Before serving, cut the bananas and put them in a bowl; to another container put the chocolate paste.
- For the pancakes. Lightly grease the pan with melted butter. Pour no more than 1/4 tbsp. dough by turning pan to evenly cover the bottom. After 45-60 seconds, when the top will look dry and the bubbles and edges will lightly brown turn the pancake over and cook another 15-20 seconds. (The first pancake can fail – if so, don’t worry, leave it as snacks.) Put the pancake on a plate and continue to fry remaining dough in portions of 1/4 tbsp; if necessary, lubricating pan with melted butter.
- Fold the pancakes on top of each other and set aside, covering foil, before filing time. (Pancakes can be kept covered in refrigerator for no more than 24 hours. They can be shifted in layers of waxed paper, wrap in cling film and freeze no more than month. Before defrosting, put in fridge.)
- For filing. Take out the pancakes and bowls with the filling. Put a portion of one of the fillings on the pancake, fold in half and roll up the tube. Add a portion of the remaining cherry on top cream cheese or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Recipe for Swedish pancakes.
