  1. Mix eggs with salt, milk and flour. Bake a thick pancake on in the pan. This should be done in a special way: turn over already on the fried side, cover with grated cheese and fry the second side. Remove from pan.

  2. Dice ham and tomatoes.

  3. Grind greens.

  4. Put these ingredients on one side of the egg pancake and roll it into a roll.

  5. Serve into portions.
