Any meat is important not to overexpose, therefore I prefer roast medium: when the meat is ready, but not in time to dry. Pink center and fragrant crust – a guarantee delicious steak.

  1. Slice the beef to a thickness of about 1cm.
  2. Marinate the beef for a couple of minutes: add the nutmeg to it walnut, vegetable oil, soy sauce and rosemary.
  3. Put the beef on a hot pan, fry for half a minute from each side.
  4. Remove meat from the fire, let it rest for at least 5 minutes. Salt.
  5. Serve with your favorite sauce, fresh vegetables or your favorite garnish. Enjoy your meal!
