What couple doesn’t have a romantic evening, and of course not dispense with strawberries. Try transforming the classic version strawberries in chocolate, and combine strawberries and jelly. - 40 large strawberries
- 1/2 tbsp. cold ginger ale
- 3/4 Art. chilled champagne
- 1 sachet (7 g.) Odorless gelatin
- 1/4 Art. Sahara
- Sprig of mint for decoration
- Special equipment: melon scraper spoon

Recipe preparation:
- Put ginger ale in a pan, sprinkle gelatin evenly on top and let it swell for 2 minutes. Bring Ginger ale until the first signs of boiling, and immediately remove from heat, whisk whisk so that the gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in sugar until its complete dissolution.
- Pour champagne into a large bowl and add gelatin. Cool to the first sign of thickening, for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, take care of strawberries. Cut off the top of the strawberries, and take out the flesh. Fasten the berries in a metal mold suitable size. Now fill the strawberries with gelatin, and place in refrigerator until completely solidified, for at least 1 hour
- Garnish with mint leaves to look like a stalk, and serve.
