  • 110 gr. butter
  • 0.33 Art. cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp instant espresso
  • 2 tbsp. l fat cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 1.25 Art. finely chopped whole grain graham crackers
  • 1 tbsp. sweet coconut flakes
  • 0.5 tbsp. chopped almonds
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Filling

  • 30 gr dried freeze-dried strawberries
  • 2 tbsp. white chocolate chips
  • 0.25 Art. fat cream

Chocolate glaze

  • 1 tbsp. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp. l margarine

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Lay out a square shape for 20 cm wide parchment paper, leaving it to hang over the edge.
  2. Make the dough: in a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter with cocoa powder, sugar and espresso over medium heat. In a small whisk cream and egg in a bowl. Add and whisk a few tablespoons cocoa butter mixture, then pour everything back into the pan. Cook by stirring until the mixture is smooth and thickens, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in whole grains. cookies, coconut, almonds and vanilla. Put the mixture in prepared baking dish. Bake until the dough has hardened, about 8 minutes.   4. Make icing: heat in the microwave semisweet chocolate chips with margarine in a small bowl of 20 seconds, stirring until the mixture melts and becomes homogeneous. Allow to cool slightly, about 5 minutes. Evenly spread over the filling. Lightly crush the remaining strawberries and sprinkle on top. Cover and refrigerate until will freeze. Remove from the mold using sheets of paper that protrude along the edges and cut into bars. Cake recipe with ice cream and glaze on malt milk. Sublimated strawberries have a bright pronounced taste. Make sure that the strawberry powder is not too shallow; you must distinguish beautiful red specks.
