Graham Cracker Cake
- 1 pack of whole-grain Graham crackers (9 whole crackers)
- 1/3 Art. brown sugar
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- A pinch of fine salt
- 110 gr. melted butter
Cheesecake
- 2 tbsp. l + 1.5 tsp no gelatin powder (of 2.5 sachets weighing 7 g.)
- 450 gr cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 Art. granulated sugar
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of fine salt
- The juice of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp. fat cream
- Bright red food coloring, gloss, for tinting cheesecake
- Special equipment: plastic mold for jelly in brain shape measuring 24 x 21 x 10 cm (volume 7 tbsp.)

- 450 gr strawberries, peeled and cut in half along
- 3/4 Art. granulated sugar

Recipe preparation:

- Sprinkle a generous layer of plastic jelly in the form of a brain culinary spray. Put half the curd into a mold, stirring it to fill all sides of the form.
