- Macerated strawberries, recipe see below
- 16 slices of stale potato bread
- 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter, room temperature
Macerated strawberries
- 2 tbsp. medium strawberries, peeled and chopped
- 325 ml. red wine
- 1/8 Art. orange honey
- 0.5 tsp finely chopped lemon peel
- 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 Art. Sahara

Recipe preparation:
