Trifle

  • 1 tbsp. whipping cream (30-35%)
  • 125 gr. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/3 Art. Sahara
  • 2 tbsp. l lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla paste
  • 1 liter fresh strawberries, remove the stalk and cut sliced
  • 1/3 Art. strawberry jam
  • 60-90 ml. creamy sweet sherry
  • White Chocolate, for Chocolate Chips

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Cover the bottom 23 cm. detachable cake molds with parchment, but do not oil the mold.

  3. Sift flour and salt into a cup without turning off mixer. Set aside about 1 tbsp. dough in a separate bowl and mix melted butter and vanilla to it. The resulting mixture return to the rest of the dough and knead until they mix between themselves. Pour the dough into the prepared form and bake about 40 minutes, until the center begins to spring with a slight pressure on him. Cool the biscuit completely without blaming it from the mold.
  4. Curd cream: whip cream until soft peaks. Вseparate cup, whip cream cheese for softness, stir sugar, lemon juice and vanilla extract / vanilla paste to it. Behind 2 strokes gently mix whipped cream. Set to cool until assembly.
  5. Assembling the trifle: transfer the curd cream to the confectionery bag with a large round nozzle. Stir the berries with jam. Cut the biscuit in half and cut 12 slices from it into the size of the glasses for the triefle (wine glasses or other beautiful dishes).
  6. Put a little strawberries on the bottom of the glass with a spoon, cover a circle of biscuit. Brush the biscuit with sherry. From above squeeze the curd cream and then repeat the layers of strawberries, sponge cake, sherry and cream.
