- 220 gr softened cream cheese

- 2/3 Art. chopped pecans

Recipe preparation:
- Cut a thin slice from the bottom of each strawberry so that the berries stood upright. Place them with the slices down on the dish. Neatly cut the berries on top crosswise, cutting almost to the end, but without cutting through the bottom. Spread the slices slightly, being careful not to to break.
- In a bowl, whip the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla so that everything mix, but the mass should remain dense. Using a little spoon or pastry bag with a decorative tip, fill the strawberries with a creamy cheese mixture. Sprinkle finely on top chopped nuts. Cover and refrigerate until readiness for serving.
