Recipe:

Pour 350 gr. fresh or frozen cranberries in a stewpan, and set aside 1/2 tbsp. into a small bowl. Add to the stewpan 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 strip of orange or lemon zest and 2 tbsp. l water and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolve, and cranberries do not become soft, about 10 minutes. Increase heat to medium level and cook until the berries burst, about 12 minutes. Reduce heat to a minimum and mix with deferred cranberries. Grind 1 tbsp. raw cranberries in the kitchen combine and add to cranberry sauce. Add 1 chopped thin slices of jalapeno pepper, 1 tbsp. l lime juice and 1 tsp. honey and salt.
