Recipe preparation:

  1. Put peaches with syrup from a jar into a pan. Add the vinegar cinnamon, chopped ginger, chili pepper, salt, peas and cloves. Bring the contents of the pan to a boil for about a minute, then turn off the heat and leave everything in the pan, to keep the mixture warm.
  2. Serve the peaches on slices of dried ham, applying half peach and pouring a small amount of spicy juice. Everything leftovers can (and should) be stored in a bank in the refrigerator and eat in cold with cold ham.
